Are there setup fees?

Absolutely not! You and your company create the schema you'd like to use for a specific project or across all your projects. It can be changed at any time and will update across all projects using that schema.

Can I share statuses with clients?

With our free to create View Only profiles, you can be sure to include anyone from your client's team (or your own) that needs to be in the know. These profiles can also be set to only see certain projects.

How does file sharing work?

Instantly download files from the permit page or share a link to anyone who needs it! Links expire after 7 days to keep your files in the hands of only those who need them.

Can I import existing projects?

Easily done with our mass upload option. Just create a schema that matches the column headers in your csv file and we take care of the rest!

Is it expensive?

Our motto is affordable, easy to use, and lightweight. We provide the basic necessities for your team to be successful at a low cost per month basis, and your team can customize each project to fit specific needs!

Am I locked into a contract?

We operate as a subscription based service with no contracts, ever. If you decide you aren't happy with our product our one click 'export all' feature allows you to pack up your data!
